Rampyari, under Section 12 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. 2. In this view of aforesaid event, no further orders are required to be made on this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record with the remark that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Consolidation Officer, it will be open to him to seek such remedies, as advised.
