Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Bhole Ram and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ray, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In compliance with the order dated 27.02.2025, a personal affidavit has been filed by the Collector, Ghazipur and another by the Superintendent of Police, Ghazipur. In the Collector's affidavit, in paragraph nos. 6, 7 and 8, it is averred: "6.
