Brief facts of the case are that proceedings was initiated under Section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 by the petitioner along with others in respect entry of plot no. 127 situated at Village-Fattupur-Amrauna, Tehsil-Chauthar, District-Sant Ravidas Nagar. The aforementioned proceeding was decided by Sub- Divisional Officer vide order dated 24.08.1995 expunging the revenue entry of the plot no. 127.
