Brief facts of the case are that title proceeding under Section 9A(2) of U.P.C.H. Act (hereinafter referred to as U.P.C.H Act) initiated against basic year entry came before this Court by way of Writ-B No. 4814 of 2018 at the instance of respondent no. 3/1 and this Court vide order dated 5.11.2019 allowed the writ petition, set aside the orders dated 14.1.2016 as well as 4.8.2018 and the matter was remitted back before the Deputy Director of Conso
