The revenue entry of the aforementioned plot in question was later on made in the name of respondent nos. 4,5 and 6 in the khatauni of 1406 fasli as bhoomidhar with non-transferable right. The proceeding under Section 186 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 hereinafter referred as U.P.Z.A. and L.R.
