Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the pending proceedings of Case No.0095 of 2024 (Computerized No.20245415959070095) Jai Prakash Vs. Sunita, under Section 12 of U.P.C.H. Act within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Record demonstrate that the aforementioned case under Section 12 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is pending before respondent No.2/Consolidation Officer, Belthara Road, District-Ballia since 25.06.2024. Certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed o
