Act") was filed by the petitioner and respondent no.4-Latoori Singh in respect to plot No.132, area 4.72 hectare (old Plot No.226/.87, 228/.97, 230/.28, 231/.23, 232/.33, 233/.78, 234/.60, 235/.30, 233, 234/1.10) stating that petitioner acquired the land in dispute by means of lease from the Zamindar on 15.02.1946 and the lease was duly mutated in the revenue records in 1354 Fasli.
