The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2-Consolidation Officer, Meerut to decide the Recall Application of petitioner dated 10.09.2024 in Case No. 42/2022551152030001 (Harkaran Singh Vains vs. Hardarshan Singh & Others) under Section 12 of the U.P.C.H. Act, 1901 in respect of Village-Saifpur Firozpur, Pargana- Hastinapur, Tehsil-Mawana, District-Meerut. ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the private respondents not to interfere in the peacefull possession of the petitioner and not create any third party right in respect of land in dispute i.e. Khata No. 106, 108, 109, 110, 380, 381, 382, 474, 475, 476 situated at Village-Saifpur Firozpur, Pargana-
