The instant petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 i.e, the Consolidation Officer, Belthara Road District Ballia to decide the Case No. 673 of 2024 dated 04.01.2024 (Shanti Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others) under Section 9-A(2) of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 expeditiously as possible as with in short stipulated period.
