Act, 1953 dated 7.5.2022 filed by the petitioner in case No. 11/82-83 (Ram Murat Vs. State) under Rule 109 of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the authority concerned to not take any coercive action against the petitioner during the pendency of the restoration application filed by the petitioner before Consolidation Officer, Macchalishahr District Jaunpur." 3.
