The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer Kasia, District Kushinagar to decide case Restoration Application No. 163 (Jagdamba Vs. Shyama Devi) under Section 12 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, pending before him, within stipulated period as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court otherwise, petitioner shall have to sustain an irreparable loss and injury which cannot be compensated in any manner. (ii) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case, otherwise, the petitioners shall have to sustai
