Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.01.2025 whereby he has been transferred from one block to another block. 3. The grievance raised is that recently petitioner has also been transferred on 20.07.2024 and it is therefore contended that petitioner could not have been transferred twice in the same session. 4. In the considered view of the Court such transfer policy as are issued always relates to the transfer ordinarily made from one district to another district as far as the session is concerned because for various reasons request for transfer is entertained but in cases where transfer has been made within a district no serious prejudice is going to be caused to the transferee. 5. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the case. However, petitioner may have liberty to file representation against the transfer order and if he does so within two w
