Petitioner claims additional annual increment to which he was entitled on 01.07.20218 having retired on 30.06.2018. 2. It is pleaded that the controversy is no more res integra in view of the Government Order issued in that regard by the State Government for notional benefit of annual increment to those who retired on 30th June and 31st December of the calender year in the next first July and first January. It is also pleaded that a large number of writ petitions have already stood disposed of by this Court and one such writ petition being Writ A No. 13450 of 2024. 3. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Writ A No. 13450 of 2024.
