Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondent in withholding the salary of the petitioner only for the reason that petitioner has applied for change of his name in service record, even though petitioner has continuously been working. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and as per instructions, petitioner has been issued with letter dated 16th December, 2024 asking him to furnish details, which he having not furnished till date, no decision can be taken in the matter for disbursement of salary. Copy of instructions are taken on record, copy whereof is already supplied to the petitioner. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with direction to petitioner to comply with the letter dated 16th December, 2024, copy whereof is part of the instructions and if he does so within a period of four weeks from today, the author
