By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order of punishment dated 21.03.2016 and further the order dated 26.12.2019. 3. Upon a pointed query made, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already preferred a statutory appeal before respondent no.1 which is still pending consideration. Appeal dated 28.05.2016 has been brought on record as Annexure-7 to the petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also not been paid subsistence allowance and he has already attained the age of 70 years. 4.
