Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was acquitted in Special Sessions Trial No.3 of 2021 vide judgment and order dated 12.9.2023. Considering this fact, vide order dated 4.3.2025 departmental proceedings of petitioner has been terminated and further direction was issued to pay salary of suspension period i.e., 23.5.2020 to 26.11.2020. 3. Therefore, in light of order dated 4.3.2025, no further order is required to be passed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
