Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to carryout necessary correction in the prayer of the petition during the course of the day. 3. The present petition has been filed stating that the petitioner has retired from the post of Peon(Ardali) on 31.12.2023. 4. It is stated that before retirement, certain dues amounting Rs.3,39,828/- have been deducted/ recovered from the post retiral benefit which according to the petitioner is contrary to law. 5. Learned Standing Counsel argues that the recovery certificate has been issued on account of wrong fixation of salary. 6.
