Heard learned learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondents to issue the joining letter of the petitioner in the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs Examination, 2022 and give him (petitioner) opportunity in selection. Further prayer is made to direct the respondents to expedite the Forensic Examination and to address the laboratory to send the forensic reports at the earliest. 3. It is admitted between the parties that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by judgement dated 06.05.2022 passed in Writ A No.3725 of 2022 (Km Kamal Kumari Vs. Union of India and 3 others). The order dated 06.05.2022 reads as follows :- "Heard Mr. Laloo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Rai, learned
