Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the matter of complaint made by him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted that he is not employee of the department concerned. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. Writ petition in service matters at the instance of complainant cannot be be entertained as no public interest litigation is entertainable in service matter. Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it will remain open for the petitioner to take such other course of action as may be available in law.
