Since petitioners are still working and in this petition recovery order has been challenged, hence this petition is directed to be detagged from the bunch of writ petitions, the leading writ petition being one Writ - A No.- 1750 of 2022 and this writ petition is being decided separately. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. Petitioner, who is working with the respondent establishment, is aggrieved by the order dated 24th March, 2015, whereby the previous pay fixation has been corrected without giving them any notice of opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and consequential recovery. Pleadings to this effect has been raised in paragraph 13 of the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not mislead the authority in any manner for pay fixation on promotional pay grade, petitioners cannot be held responsible on the principle of suggestio
