By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a writ of mandamus directing respondents to comply with the Government Order dated 21st August, 2015 and departmental order issued on 24.10.2028 in the light of judgment of Supreme Court dated 27th April, 2022 passed in Civil Appeal No. 2608 of 2011 (U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. v. Rajesh Kumar and Others). In the given facts and circumstances of the case, petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move fresh representation before the competent authority raising all his grievance as raised in this petition within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is moved, respondent concerned shall consider and decide the same within a further period of two months by means of reasoned and speaking order.
