Petitioner before this Court has questioned the order of suspension on the ground that it has been passed on flimsy grounds without any iota of evidence in support of the allegations in as much as there has been no preliminary fact finding enquiry to form a prima facie view to place the petitioner under suspension for such charges. 2. Matter requires consideration. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State is directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, shall be filed within two weeks. 4. List this case on 09.04.2025. 5. In the meanwhile until further order of this Court, the effect and operation of the order dated 24.02.2025 placing the petitioner under suspension shall remain stayed. 6. Petitioner shall be permitted to discharge his duties and shall be paid full salary. However, pendency of this petition and interim protection granted hereinabove shall not come in the way of
