By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order of transfer from one development block to other development block within the same district. 2. In the considered view of the Court, the petitioner should prefer a representation before the competent authority as the order seems to have been passed in public interest. 3. It is provided that in the event petitioner makes representation against transfer order within three weeks alongwith certified copy of this order before the competent authority, the same shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of two months, by means of reasoned and speaking order. 4.
