Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to extend the benefit of pay protection of the post of Review Officer which the petitioner is legally entitled to get under law prior to his retirement after attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2025 with all the consequential benefits." 2.
