By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for consideration of his candidature for seasonal Collection Amin under the provisions of U.P. Collection Amin Service Rule, 1974. 2. It appears from the pleadings that has been raised in the present petition that there are certain vacancies available with respondent establishment. 3. In given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the competent authority within a production of certified copy of this order, which shall be looked into and decided within a further period of two months by means of reasoned and speaking order. 4.
