By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 28.06.2024 and the consequential relieving order dated 27.02.2025. 2. From the perusal of the order it transpires that the petitioner has been transferred alongwith several other persons. The order, it appears to have been passed in administrative exigency. 3. Since the petitioner has already been relieved under the relieving order dated 27.02.2025, I consider it more appropriate for the petitioner to make representation against the transfer soon after submission of his joining pursuant to the relieving order and in the event any such representation is filed within a period of three weeks before the competent authority the same shall be decided within a further period of two weeks of presentation of certified copy of this order alongwith the representation to be filed by the petitione
