By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants consideration of his representation against the transfer order dated 12.03.2025. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he continues to suffer from a serious decease and is accordingly under treatment at Neurology Department of Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. 3. Since it is claimed that the petitioner is continuously under treatment at Lucknow and he has been transferred at a distant place, Gorakhpur, it is hereby provided that the petitioner's representation shall be considered by the competent authority namely, respondent no.2 sympathetically and appropriate order shall be passed upon the same within a period of two weeks of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
