By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to release the entire death-cum-post retiral dues of her late husband including the family pension and other dues that have remain unpaid to her husband. It is submitted that the husband of the petitioner died in a train accident on 18.08.2024 and it is in these circumstances, petitioner has approached the authority for making payment of terminal dues. It transpires further from the pleadings that petitioner has made a representation on 25.02.2025. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2025 within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
