By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to Pay the petitioner's father Retiral benefits including Family pension and Group Insurance to the petitioner, uptill the death of the petitioner's mother namely, Ram Devi alongwith interest forthwith. b). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 18.03.2024, as well as reminder dated 29.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner, forthwith." 2. It transpires that in the above regard petitioner has represented the matter before respondent No. 2 on 18.03.2024 and has also sent reminder on 29.06.2024. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent
