By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction to the respondent no. 4 to pay Rs. 33541/- to the petitioner against the remaining arrears of G.P.F. amount along with interest, with in stipulated time."
