By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned both the transfer order dated 1st March, 2025 as well as relieving order dated 7th March, 2025. Since petitioner has already been relieved, the Court considers it appropriate that petitioner should first join the place of new posting within two weeks from today and then give a representation before the competent authority and in the event petitioner makes a representation soon after joining on the post in question or if already joined within three weeks from today, the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of in accordance with law by the competent authority within a further period of six weeks by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
