Petitioner claims consideration of her candidature for promotion as Anganwadi Karyakarti on account of her obtaining intermediate certificate she claims to be continuously working as Anganwadi Sevika and on the basis of her previous services rendered eversince 2008 her candidature deserves to be considered on the basis of seniority. 2. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for appointment provided of course the post has been advertised and petitioner has duly made an application annexing therewith all the relevant academic records and certificates. 3. The authority concerned shall in the event the selection process is still underway and the petitioner application has been entertained the authority concerned shall prepare the merit list in accordance with law.
