In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the disciplinary authority concerned to dispose of the pending departmental enquiry pending against the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of two months from production of certified copy of this order provided petitioner cooperates in the disciplinary proceedings.
