By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 27.11.2024 whereby her application for child care leave has come to be rejected on the ground that she had already availed leave of 1269 days as against the available leave of 730 days as per Rules. 2. It transpires that against the said order petitioner has made a representation dated 15.12.2024 before the competent authority with a prayer that her leave of 699 days may be considered as Child Care Leave and remaining leave of 570 days may be taken as Extraordinary Leave as such, so that she may avail the requisite leave. 3.
