By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner claims to have made an appeal before the District Magistrate against the order of Settlement Officer (Consolidation) on 17.09.2024. 2. In the given facts and circumstances, as various pleas have been taken in the application made on 27.06.2024, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the concerned appellate authority to decide the pending appeal/representation dated 17.09.2024. Since the representation is addressed to the District Magistrate, Lalitpur, therefore, if he is appellate/competent authority in the matter, the same may be decided within maximum period of two months of production of certified copy of this order and in the event, he is not the competent appellate authority in the matter, he will forward the same to the concerned authority, who is competent in the matter immediately so that the concerned authority dispose
