By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner claims consideration of his application for selection and appointment on the post of Anganbari worker. 2. From the pleadings, it transpires that petitioner belongs to BPL category and, therefore, claims that her candidature is liable to be considered on priority basis in terms of the government order dated 21.03.2023 against the vacancy, which has come to be advertised on 13.01.2024 against which petitioner has filed an application for consideration of her candidature for appointment. Copy of the application has been brought on record as annexure-2 to the writ petition alongwith other academic records.
