By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants consideration of his representation dated 04.11.2024 before Additional Chief Secretary, Environmental Forest and Environmental Forest and Climate Change Section 1, Government of UP, Lucknow with regard to disbursement of terminal dues of the deceased employee as per the succession certificate obtained in the matter. 2. In the given facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of two months by means of reasoned and speaking order.
