By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner wants consideration of his request to reinstate in his service as a charged that were levelled against him were not found to be proved. 2. It transpires in the pleadings that against the order passed of the departmental proceedings petitioner had approached the State Public Services Tribunal which had directed for reinstatement of the petitioner in service and further liberty was granted to the respondents to conclude the proceedings in strict compliance of principles of natural justice. The said order was unsuccessfully challenged before the High Court vide Writ A No. 6974 of 2021 which was dismissed by detailed judgment and order dated 18.9.2023. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date the order of the Tribunal has not been complied with and resultantly, petitioner's family is undergoing severe mental agony. 4
