By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner prays for correction in pay scale. It appears from the records that in this regard petitioners have already approached the competent authority by making representation dated 28.02.2025 which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the respondent no. 5 along with the certified copy of this order within a period of four weeks from today and in the event such representation is moved, the same shall be considered
