By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 4 to return to the petitioners on their basic post of District Police from the UP-2 Project Pilot." It appears from the records that in this regard petitioners have already approached the competent authority by making representation dated 09.01.2025 which is still pending consideration. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 along with the certified copy of this order within a period of four weeks from today and in the event such representation is moved, the same shall be considered
