By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the respondent no. 3 to release retiral dues to the petitioner within stipulated period along with 18% interest." It appears from the records that in this regard petitioner has already approached the competent authority by making representations which are still pending consideration.
