Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to fix the salary of petitioner after giving 1st and 2nd A.C.P. for which he was entitled on 21.12.2010 and 31.12.2016 and after fixation of his pay after giving two A.C.P., the arrears be paid to him and his pension be fixed and after fixation of pension, the gratuity, leave encashment and commutation of pension be paid to him for which he is entitled." 2. It transpires from the record that the petitioner has already made a representation before the competent authority on 31.12.2024. 3.
