By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 21.02.2025 as he is going to retire on 21.10.2026. Petitioner has also annexed the medical papers in support of his claim for stay of transfer before the competent authority. 2. In the given facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to make a representation before the competent authority in the matter i.e. DIG Range, CRPF, Chandauli (U.P.)-Respondent No.4 within two weeks from today. In the event he makes a representation raising his grievance for recall of transfer, the same shall be disposed of by means of reasoned and speaking order within a further period of two weeks. 3.
