By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for joining back on the post of Lab Technician after he declared to be medically fit and earlier he had proceeded leave on 08.10.2024 to 05.12.2024. It appears from the records that in this regard petitioner has already approached the authority namely the Chief Medical Officer, Baghpat by making several representations and the last representation is dated 22.02.2025, copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure No. 8 to the petition.
