By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus directing to respondent authority to consider the representation/ objection filed by the petitioner on dated 18.01.2025 and to prepare final seniority list after calculation of the working period of the petitioner." It transpires from the record that petitioner wants consideration of his working period for the purposes of determination of seniority as Seasonal Collection Peon. It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter vide representation dated 18.01.2025 before the respondent no. 2.
