By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking certain medical benefits regarding her husband and in this regard it appears that petitioner, who is suffering from mental illness, it transpires that petitioner had made a representation dated 09.01.2025, copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure No. 5 to this petition.
