By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to compute the earlier services of the petitioner rendered as Jail Warder, District Jail, Faizabad (Ayodhya) from 19.04.2004 till 05.12.2016 with his current services as Lekhpal at District Azamgarh for the purposes of Pay-Fixation, Grant of IInd ACP and other service benefits and pay the same along with interest accrued thereupon till the date, the actual payment is made." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter vide representation dated 07.02.2018 before the respondent no. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of
