Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner is claiming benefit of regularisation under The Uttar Pradesh Regularisation of Persons Working on Daily Wages or On Work Charge Or On Contract In Government Departments On Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts (Outside The Purview Of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) Rules, 2016. 3. However, it is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's appointment is subsequent to the cut off date prescribed under the Rules. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is continuously discharging his duties of Jeep Driver but he has not been paid regular minimum of the pay scale which other similarly situated persons are drawing. 4.
