By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus and directing to respondents to consider the case of petitioners regard to pay due arrears of honorarium of petitioners of the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti by passing appropriate order within time in interest of justice according to law." 3. Petitioners before this Court are aggrieved for non-payment of honorarium between April-2017 and January-2018. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners may make representation in the above regard before the authority who may decide the same. 5.
