Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned dated 16.12.2020 passed in compliance of the order of Central Administrative Tribunal dated 15.05.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy to file petition before the Tribunal. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that previous order has not been wholly complied with. 5. In such above of the matter, I find that the Central Administrative Tribunal is the correct forum to agitate the matter on such issues including the order in question. 6. Hence, I decline to entertain this petition, however, the petitioner has liberty to move before the Tribunal, if so advised. 7.
